We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Laser Production Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for creating high-quality personalized products through the operation of laser engraving and finishing equipment. As a valued member of our production team, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized products that exceed customer expectations while contributing to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Accurately enter customer order information and personalization details using computer-based production systems.
Operate laser engraving equipment to personalize products according to customer specifications.
Utilize rotary engraving tools and related equipment to complete custom personalization requests.
Perform finishing and polishing processes to ensure products meet established quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to verify accuracy and workmanship.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support departmental objectives and assist with additional production-related duties as needed.
Quality and Performance
Consistently meet productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing orders and completed products.
Follow established production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and production specifications.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with production software and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to learn new processes, retain information, and adapt to changing production priorities.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments.
Experience operating production machinery or computer-controlled equipment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds safely.
Ability to push carts or order carts weighing up to 60 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to safely operate carts and production equipment to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Compensation
$18 hourly
