Tint World Columbus is looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio.

This position is focused specifically on professional PPF installation. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience installing paint protection film and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work.

You will work on a wide variety of vehicles, including new, luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles, installing everything from partial-front packages to full-front and full-vehicle PPF. We use premium XPEL and Terminax products and have a steady mix of retail customers and referral work.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, Ohio.

• Professionally install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on customer vehicles, including partial-front, full-front, track packages, and full-vehicle installations.

• Properly prepare vehicle surfaces and panels prior to installation to ensure a clean, high-quality finished product.

• Use XPEL DAP or similar pattern-cutting software and plotter-cut patterns when appropriate.

• Perform bulk installations and custom trimming when necessary while protecting customer vehicles from damage.

• Inspect completed installations for proper alignment, coverage, edges, contamination, bubbles, lifting, and overall workmanship.

• Maintain a clean, organized installation area and properly care for tools, equipment, film, and customer vehicles.

• Communicate with management regarding job progress, installation concerns, material needs, and any vehicle conditions that could affect installation quality or completion time.

• Support other team members when necessary.

• Minimum 2 years of professional Paint Protection Film installation experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to independently complete high-quality PPF installations.

• Experience installing clear, matte/stealth, and other PPF finishes preferred.

• Experience with XPEL DAP, CORE, or similar pattern-cutting software is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet professional quality standards.

• Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to manage installation time effectively.

• Professional attitude and ability to work carefully around luxury, performance, new, and specialty vehicles.
