Job Responsibilities Include:

• Daily garbage and debris removal
• Sweeping and maintaining shop floors
• Removal and disposal of cardboard boxes
• Operating a paper/cardboard baler
• Cleaning spills and maintaining safe work areas
• Monitoring and cleaning indoor carpets and office areas
• Maintaining outdoor walkways during snow and ice events
• General building upkeep and light maintenance duties
• Assisting with cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

• Experience in building maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as garbage bags and cardboard boxes.
• Familiarity with operating a paper/cardboard baler is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively throughout the day.
