We need a problem-solving pool maintenance technician to repair, maintain, clean, and treat pools for a variety of clients in our community. Responsibilities include weekly visits to clients' pools and troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing faulty pool equipment.
You’ll also test pH levels, treat water with chemicals, and survey the pool structure to identify leaks. The ideal candidate can interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, has previous experience as a pool maintenance technician, and is proficient in swimming pool chemicals and their properties. Conduct regular maintenance visits to clients' pools, ensuring pristine water quality and optimal equipment performance.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring client satisfaction.
Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and healthy swimming conditions for all users.
Communicate effectively with clients, offering expert advice and building lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.
Maintain detailed records of services performed, ensuring transparency and accountability in all client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment
- Review results of water’s pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as a pool technician and understanding of common pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
