Construction Superintendent

What You'll Do

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll take ownership of projects in the field and make sure they are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to DeckTech's quality standards.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and field crews

• Managing multiple residential construction projects

• Creating and maintaining daily and weekly schedules

• Planning ahead to prevent delays and jobsite problems

• Inspecting workmanship and holding crews accountable to quality standards

• Communicating clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors

• Solving problems quickly when unexpected challenges arise

• Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites

• Ensuring safety procedures and construction requirements are followed

• Reviewing plans, scopes of work, and project details before and during construction

• Taking ownership of projects from startup through final completion

Experience We're Looking For

• 10 years of construction field experience preferred

• Previous construction leadership or superintendent experience strongly preferred

• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews

• Strong understanding of residential construction practices

• Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes of work

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
