- Develop personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and track progress over time.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for continued improvement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest physical therapy practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights with colleagues.
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in New Mexico.

Experience in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and track patient progress effectively.
Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatment plans.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy practices and evidence-based care.
Ability to participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and discussing patient progress.
Compensation
$85,000
