Responsibilities

Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients

Qualifications

Superb written and verbal communications skills required
Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus
Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed

Compensation

$45,000 - $75,000/year
