Schedule:

• Day Shift - Monday to Friday

• Onsite Professional Office Setting (minimum 3 days per week)

• Hybrid Work Model (1-2 days per week)

• Creating and submitting legal paperwork related to litigation, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.

• Representing clients in trials held in District and Circuit Courts across Maryland and Washington, D.C.

• Offering clear guidance and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the legal proceedings.

• Demonstrating a deep understanding of Maryland Personal Injury law to handle cases effectively.

• Efficiently managing a substantial caseload and demonstrating strong leadership skills.

• Devising litigation strategies and overseeing the discovery process to support case development.

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, specifically in Maryland.

• This role necessitates a minimum of 2 years of trial courtroom experience in the area.

• A genuine passion for being in the courtroom is a must.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to engaging empathetically with clients.

• A strong commitment to achieving optimal results for clients and excelling in legal cases is essential.

• Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, minimum of 3 days in the office, 1-2 days hybrid.
