What You’ll Do

• Independently manage your case files, including medical records, investigations, and demands, adding value to your cases and keeping your clients informed.
• Draft complaints, handle e-filing, and prepare and organize documents for depositions, mediations, and other stages of litigation.
• Proactively manage case deadlines, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Prepare settlement documents, obtain bill balances, confirm liens, and make disbursement arrangements.
• Build genuine rapport with clients, offering empathetic support and clear, steady communication throughout their legal journey.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of three (3) years as a litigation paralegal focused on personal injury cases, with hands-on experience in South Carolina personal injury law.
• Experience with e-filing, drafting complaints, and organizing complex litigation files with a sharp eye for detail.
• A natural organizer who can juggle multiple active cases and deadlines, anticipate what’s coming next, and make sure everything is covered.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to earn trust and build lasting relationships with client throughout their cases.
• A personable, polished presence who represents the firm with professionalism and integrity, in person and on the phone.
• A proactive professional who can work within the firm’s established workflows and understands PI litigation.
