• Independently manage your case files, including medical records, investigations, and demands, adding value to your cases and keeping clients informed.
• Maintain and update case management systems to track deadlines, appointments, and case progress, ensuring timely and efficient case handling.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing and managing case files.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and documentation for case preparation.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, and trial binders for court proceedings, ensuring all materials are readily accessible and well-presented.
• Prepare settlement documents, obtain bill balances, confirm liens, and make disbursement arrangements.
• Build genuine rapport with clients, offering empathetic support and clear, steady communication throughout their legal journey.

• Experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong understanding of case management and legal procedures.
