We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our practice is primarily focused on automotive and premises personal injury cases.

• Client communication

• E-filing

• Drafting shells for motions/pleadings

• Calendar

• Letters to counsel, client, other parties involved

• Assisting with scheduling Depos, mediations, DMEs

• Getting records from Experts

• Preparing docs (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers)

• Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders) – Gabby would need to help with putting the binders together

• You will be responsible for communicating with experts and other third party vendors.

• You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the client's electronic files within our case management systems.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of personal injury experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Investigative mindset

• Ability to manage a high volume of cases

• Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
