Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Responsibilities

Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents

Qualifications

Strong Case Management System skills. We want lawyers who are proficient in working on cases in a CM system and doing it at volume, without sacrificing client experience

Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity
A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
Must be computer proficient

Compensation

$100,000 - $350,000/year
