Our firm is looking for an applicant who can manage case files from start to finish and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. We need someone with excellent credentials, a real passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience.   • Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
  • Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
  • Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
  • Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
  • Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
  • Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
  • Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital
  • Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued

Compensation

$150,000 - $180,000
