You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation, along with trial experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. 2-5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, specifically in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, and other injury matters
Client Intakes
Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers
Settlement Negotiations
Court Appearances, Depositions
Manage a team of Personal Injury Paralegals
- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
- Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements
- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
- State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
- Proficiency in computers is vital
Compensation
$90,000 yearly to start plus incentive bonuses
