We are searching for a dedicated full-time (part-time will work too!) Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. You'll be part of a fun, supportive, and collaborative team in our state-of-the-art multidisciplinary clinic. We have fully equipped sensory and orthopedic gyms and all the tools you need to provide creative, engaging therapy that is tailored to each child.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each child's unique needs and strengths.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that empower children to achieve their developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with families to create supportive home environments that reinforce therapy goals.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for every child.

• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's growth and development at home and in the community.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Strong communication skills to educate parents and caregivers on home strategies.

• Proficiency in monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Familiarity with sensory and orthopedic therapy tools and techniques is a plus.

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
