- Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
- Mentor practicum students and RBTs, fostering skill development
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
- Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care
- Commitment to client-centered care and professional growth
- BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree (required)
Compensation
$75,000
