Paid hearing education for those who desire to grow!

• Complete patient intakes by phone and electronically.

• Upload documents and maintain accurate patient files.

• Set up telehealth calls between patients and providers.

• Assist patients and family members with their needs by phone and virtually.

• Monitor treatment orders for timely delivery.

• Keep providers equipped so that they can serve patients in retirement communities.

• Monitor patient cases so that no patient gets forgotten.

• Must be highly influential with our amazing senior patients to help them get the CARE they need.

• Must be comfortable and capable of navigating and maintaining patient records in practice management software.

• Proficient in office software and email.

• Analytical skills to maintain accuracy.

• Personal relationship skills to serve patients and families.

• Excellent communication skills in writing and on the phone.
