The Legendary Team at Rize Mortgage is growing Rize for Rainmakers, a partnership program that welcomes Business Development Specialists into the Rize family. We’re looking for a Partner Success & Onboarding Coordinator to be the friendly, organized heartbeat of that experience, from a candidate’s first conversation through their success as part of Rize.

You’ll work directly with team leaders Chad Reidlinger and Chris Goodman. You’ll ensure no one falls through the cracks and that every new partner feels welcome, supported, and set up to win.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role paying $23–$25/hour, based on experience.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the onboarding process and keep everyone moving forward

• Organize and track the onboarding pipeline using spreadsheets, our CRM, and AI tools

• Check in with newly onboarded partners about their experience with their assigned loan officer

• Encourage participation in Rize trainings, events, and team activities

• Track partner engagement and business activity, and flag who needs extra support

• Run regular Zoom and Teams calls with candidates and partners

• Keep clean, accurate records so leadership always knows where things stand

• Experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support

• Outgoing, upbeat communication style with strong phone and relationship-building skills

• Confident and polished on camera for daily Zoom and Teams calls

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

• Tech-savvy and fast on the computer; proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable using AI tools

• Quiet, professional home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a webcam
