At Studio ME Fitness, we value your commitment to client success and your ability to inspire. Join us and be part of a team that prioritizes real results and meaningful connections.
- Lead semi-private and small group training sessions — reading the room, meeting clients where they are, and programming with purpose

- Coach proper movement and technique every session — not just when someone's brand new
- Contribute to a client retention culture (we aim for less than 3% churn — that's not an accident)
- Show up for staff meetings and continuing education — we take professional growth seriously around here
- Handle client concerns with the same care you'd want if you were on the other side

We're a tight-knit team in a studio that punches above its weight. Clients aren't just members — they're regulars who remember your name, bring their friends, and stick around for years. If you want to actually coach (not just be a cheerleader, count reps, and check boxes), this is the place.
