We are looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Logistics Assistant to support our day-to-day shipping and logistics operations. This position will work closely with our shipping team to receive and inventory incoming shipments, prepare customer orders, organize product kits, maintain swag and merchandise inventory, and assist with trade show preparation and shipping.

The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Flexible schedule; available 12–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday. • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders.

• Inspect, organize, and inventory incoming products and materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and notify the team of discrepancies or shortages.

• Pull, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Organize and maintain customer kits to ensure all required items are included and ready to ship.

• Keep shipping and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient.

• Organize and maintain company swag, promotional merchandise, and event materials.

• Assist with preparing products, displays, promotional materials, and equipment for trade shows and other events.

• Coordinate and prepare trade show shipments, including packing, labeling, and documenting outgoing materials.

• Assist with receiving and organizing materials after trade shows and events.

• Help track shipments and communicate any shipping issues or delays to the appropriate team members.

• Work with other departments to ensure customer orders, marketing materials, and event equipment are prepared accurately and on time.

• Perform other shipping, inventory, and logistics tasks as needed.

• Flexible schedule; available 12–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a reliable and proactive approach.

• Basic computer skills and ability to safely handle, lift, and organize shipments.
