• Create, post, and maintain rental advertisements across multiple listing platforms.

• Respond to incoming rental inquiries and coordinate showing appointments with authorized representatives.

• Follow up with prospective tenants regarding appointment scheduling and application status.

• Maintain accurate records of listing activity, inquiries, and applications.
