What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Complete the nightly audit and ensure financial records are accurate

• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations

• Respond to guest questions and requests throughout the night

• Monitor the hotel and help maintain a safe, secure environment

• Prepare reports and paperwork for the following day's operations

• Handle overnight guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable handling cash, payments, and financial information

• Basic computer skills

• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred, but not required

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations
