The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.

Qualifications

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.

Compensation

$16/hour
