Part-Time Night Auditor (3rd Shift / Overnight)
A great guest experience doesn’t clock out when the sun goes down. Rolling Hills Hospitality is looking for a Night Auditor at Hampton Inn by Hilton Richwood Cincinnati South, a Hilton hotel in Richwood, Kentucky. Located right off I-71/75 and a short drive from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, our hotel welcomes everyone from late-arriving road trippers and business travelers working with nearby manufacturers to families visiting the Ark Encounter. You’ll welcome late arrivals, help guests through the overnight hours, and make sure the day’s numbers add up.
This role brings together friendly front desk service and a sharp eye for detail. You might be helping a traveler settle in one moment and tracking down a billing discrepancy the next. You’ll stay organized, ask questions when something looks off, and leave the morning team ready for a smooth start.
At RHH, your work matters—even when most of the hotel is asleep. If you enjoy helping people, take pride in getting the details right, and like the rhythm of an overnight shift, we’d love to meet you.
- Welcome guests during the overnight shift and handle arrivals, departures, reservations, phone calls, and requests with friendly, attentive service.
- Review and reconcile room charges, guest accounts, payments, cash activity, and occupancy information for accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies, complete the hotel’s approved daily close, and communicate unresolved items to hotel leadership.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports so the next team has accurate information.
- Listen to guest concerns, take the next steps within your authority, and contact the appropriate teammate or hotel leader when additional help is needed.
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other service needs through the hotel’s overnight procedures.
- Follow procedures for guest privacy, payment handling, cash security, and emergency response. Know when and how to seek support.
- Follow Hampton by Hilton brand standards and Hilton Honors member service standards, including guest recognition and applicable member benefits.
- Keep the front desk organized and leave a clear handoff covering guest requests, account issues, and operational concerns that need follow-up.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift
- Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required
- Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
- Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Compensation
Starting at $14 - $16
