In-House Hospitality & Residential Development | Scottsdale, AZ
Original Ventures is seeking a creative, organized, and resourceful Junior Interior Designer to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on, in-house role supporting the design and development of our boutique hotels, Dale’s projects, renovations, and upcoming custom home builds. You will work directly with ownership and collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other project partners.

You have a strong design eye and enjoy the detailed work required to bring a space together. You are comfortable looking at a floor plan, testing different furniture arrangements, comparing materials, researching products, and keeping selections organized.
You do not need to be a senior designer or have experience running your own design business. We are looking for someone who is talented, motivated, coachable, and ready to grow through real-world experience.
