We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable HR Administrator to provide part-time support to our HR team. This role will assist with benefits administration, employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, works well independently, maintains confidentiality, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. If you’re an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. This position will require onsite availability at our Ashburn, VA office approximately one to two days per week, depending on business needs.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and maintaining accurate employee information

• Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and routine employee questions

• Maintain confidential employee files, records, and required HR documentation

• Assist with onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and other routine HR processes as needed

• Support HR projects, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned

• Experience level is flexible; candidates with relevant HR, benefits, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply
