We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our busy law firm. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents
  • Maintain and update client files (electronic and physical)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations

Compensation

$18 - $20/hour
