Part-Time Door Attendant - Doorman

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Northeast Blue Ash is looking for a friendly, energetic Door Attendant to be the first and last face our guests see. You’ll welcome arriving guests, help with luggage, keep the front entrance running smoothly, and set the tone for a premium stay from the moment someone pulls up.

Our guests range from corporate travelers during the week to youth sports teams and families on the weekends, so no two shifts are the same. If you enjoy meeting people, staying on your feet, and making a great first impression, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule: 4/5-hour shifts, 2-5 days per week, approximately 4 pm- 9 pm, flexible based on business demand

• Greet every arriving and departing guest warmly and open doors with a smile

• Assist guests with luggage, bell carts, and packages to and from vehicles, the lobby, and guest suites

• Coordinate arrivals and departures for group buses and sports teams, keeping the entrance organized during busy periods

• Manage traffic flow and loading at the front drive so the entrance stays clear and safe

• Provide directions and recommendations for local dining, attractions, and businesses in the Blue Ash and surrounding area

• Arrange taxis and rideshares and help guests load vehicles

• Store and retrieve guest luggage and keep the bell closet organized and secure

• Keep the entrance, sidewalk, and front drive clean, tidy, and free of hazards, including trash, debris, snow, and ice

• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the front desk and other departments

• Watch for and report safety or security concerns to management

• Support the front office team with additional tasks as needed

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but we’ll train the right attitude

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Professional appearance and a guest-first mindset

• Able to stand and walk for an entire shift

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of the Cincinnati and Blue Ash area is a plus
