• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

• Monitor children's behavior and development, offering feedback and suggestions to parents as needed.

• Experience in providing professional childcare for at least three years, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for children.
• Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity.
• Proven track record of maintaining open and effective communication with parents to align on childcare practices.
• Capability to follow established routines and schedules, providing consistency and structure for children.
• Skill in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Competence in performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying play areas and managing children's laundry.
• Adaptability to meet the unique needs and personalities of each child, offering personalized care and attention as needed.

Agency Requirements:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience.
• 3 or more excellent, verifiable references(these cannot be from family and/or friends).
• CPR and First Aid certified(or willing to obtain prior to start date).
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Non-Smoker.
