This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week.

We are a fully remote organization, our team works 100% from their home office.  

• Assist team members with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for multiple clients.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and month-end journal entries for payroll, sales, and inventory, as needed.
• Complete and manage various accounting-related projects for multiple clients.
• Interface with all cloud-based technology platforms (QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Hubdoc, Dext, Keeper, Gusto, Slack, etc).

• 2+ years working in accounting or bookkeeping position
• QuickBooks Online experience is a must and certification is required
• Proven success in a fully remote work environment
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Ability to self-organize and keep multiple projects on task while meeting deadlines and client expectations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a virtual team
• Excellent planning, analytical, and decision-making skills 
• Ability to communicate with clients and team members clearly and effectively
