Job Summary:

The Parker Store Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to internal and external customers by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product knowledge requests.

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.

• Work with the accounting department to resolve disputed credit items.

• Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

• Uphold Hyspeco safety and personnel policies.

• Uphold ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco quality procedures and processes.

Education and Experience:

Customer service experience and computer experience are required. Two years of customer service and sales experience and warehouse experience are preferred.
