Description
Own the Client Experience. Help Families Through Difficult Seasons. Make a Difference Every Day.
At Nelson Elder Care Law, we help families navigate some of life's most challenging situations with compassion, expertise, and clear guidance. Whether a family is dealing with the loss of a loved one, caring for an aging parent, or navigating a guardianship matter, they're often coming to us during a stressful and emotional time.
That's why we're looking for more than a Paralegal.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, genuinely cares about people, and wants to be the person families can count on throughout the entire probate process.
If you're the type of person who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, building relationships, and seeing a case through from beginning to end, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
As a Probate Paralegal, you will own the client experience from engagement through completion. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the probate or guardianship process while ensuring deadlines are met, communication is proactive, and expectations are clear.
This is not a role where you simply draft documents and pass the file along.
You will manage your cases, drive them forward, communicate directly with clients, coordinate with attorneys, and help ensure families follow through on both the legal and financial commitments necessary to complete their matter.
Success in this role requires a balance of compassion, accountability, organization, and confidence.
