Description

We are a U.S.-based immigration law firm that fights for people’s rights in federal court. Our federal litigation work grows directly out of our immigration practice, challenging unlawful government action, delays, denials, and violations of due process.

We are deeply mission-driven, but also human-centered. We believe excellent legal work comes from strong teamwork, curiosity, accountability, and a supportive environment where people are encouraged to grow: personally, professionally, and as a firm.

If you like asking why, taking initiative, collaborating with kind but high-performing colleagues, and doing work that genuinely matters, you’ll fit in well here.

The Paralegal handles advanced legal support work, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing more complex legal documents. You will work closely with attorneys and teammates to manage litigation workflows, draft and organize filings, track deadlines, and help move cases forward efficiently and thoughtfully.

This position is remote in Chile

  • Support discovery and evidence organization when applicable.

Case Management & Organization

  • Maintain well-organized digital case files and exhibits.

  • Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
  • Curious mindset: you ask questions, seek clarity, and want to understand the “why.”
  • Interest in civil rights, immigration advocacy, or impact-driven legal work.

Preferred (but Not Required)

  • Exposure to U.S. immigration law or federal litigation.
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal courts, motions practice, or CM/ECF.
