You'll join a team that values competence, transparency, and mutual respect. We set high standards because clients depend on us, but we also support one another. If you're looking for a place where your expertise is trusted and your contributions matter, this is it.

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal who is ready to step into a fast-paced, high-volume practice and make an immediate impact. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership—managing a significant caseload with independence, precision, and sound judgment. You'll be a key partner to our attorneys, handling complex filings from start to finish while serving as a trusted guide for clients.

If you're proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable taking the lead on your cases, you'll find plenty of room to grow and contribute here.

  • Own Your Caseload: Independently prepare and file complex petitions (family-based, humanitarian, employment-based) with a sharp eye for accuracy and deadlines. You'll manage multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring every filing is complete, compliant, and timely.

  • Draft with Impact: Write persuasive legal correspondence, affidavits, briefs, and RFE/NOID responses that strengthen clients' cases and require minimal attorney revision.

  • Be the Client's Anchor: Serve as a primary point of contact—responding promptly, collecting and organizing evidence proactively, and explaining processes clearly so clients feel informed and supported.

  • Think Strategically: Conduct legal research, identify evidentiary gaps, and provide attorneys with actionable recommendations that shape case strategy.

  • Keep Things Running: Maintain meticulous digital records, track deadlines, and stay current on policy changes to ensure our team always operates ahead of the curve.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on U.S. immigration paralegal work, with solid knowledge of USCIS, NVC, and/or EOIR procedures.

  • Readiness: You can hit the ground running from Day 1—bringing a strong foundation that lets you take full ownership of cases with minimal ramp-up time.

  • Critical Thinking: You don't just check boxes. You analyze, question, and recommend solutions. When challenges arise, you dig in and find a path forward.

  • Initiative: You're self-directed and comfortable making decisions within your scope, while knowing when to loop in an attorney for complex legal questions.

  • Feedback & Collaboration: You welcome input from management and view it as a tool for excellence—not micromanagement. You communicate openly and adapt quickly.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Docketwise, ClickUp) and Microsoft Office. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required.

Compensation

$50,000 - $65,000
