We’re a rapidly growing U.S.-based law firm looking to add more paralegals/legal assistants to our amazing team. A legal background is not required. $750 USD per month during the training period; $1,000 USD per month upon successful completion of training

This position is remote in South Africa.

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

• Manage and organize case files, making sure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Coordinate with clients and other parties to schedule meetings and court appearances.

• Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, maintaining a professional and supportive tone.

• Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring timely submission of all legal documents and filings.

As a paralegal, you will have daily communication with injured workers both in writing and by phone. For many of the clients, you will be their primary point of contact and, often, their lifeline through a difficult time. In addition, you will regularly communicate with insurance carrier representatives, attorneys, and medical providers' offices.

What We’re Looking For:

• C2-level English (minimal accent, excellent spoken and written communication)

• A love for speaking with people and delivering great client experiences

• College degree (required)

• Willingness to work the overnight shift (U.S. hours)

• Located in South Africa

• Looking for long-term, stable employment
