• Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal issues.
• Prepare and review documents such as Sworn Financial Statements and 16.2 disclosures.
• Draft letters, reports, and simple court documents.
• Conduct initial legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Coordinate law office activities, fostering a seamless workflow for the legal team.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for court proceedings, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and accessible.
• Maintain and update client files, safeguarding confidentiality and ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support their cases.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex legal challenges, enhancing client outcomes and satisfaction.

• Knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure applicable to domestic litigation, court procedure, and deadlines
• 2+ years of experience in Family Law
