Crackmasters North Battleford is looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician to help grow our PDR services.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, works independently, and communicates honestly about what can be achieved. You should have hands-on PDR experience and be comfortable assessing damage, choosing the right repair method, and checking your finished work.

Additional training may be available for the right candidate to strengthen existing skills or expand into more advanced repairs. Ideally, you’ll bring a solid PDR foundation rather than starting from scratch.

• Assess dents, door dings, and hail damage to determine whether paintless repair is suitable.

• Inspect paint condition, panel condition, and access before beginning work.

• Use appropriate PDR tools, lighting, and repair techniques while protecting the vehicle’s finish.

• Carefully remove and reinstall trim or other components when required for access, following appropriate procedures.

• Identify pre-existing damage, repair limitations, and work requiring additional expertise before proceeding.

• Provide realistic repair-time estimates and communicate progress, delays, or unexpected issues to management.

• Take before-and-after photos and maintain clear repair notes.

• Inspect completed repairs and address quality concerns before returning the vehicle.

• Maintain tools, protect customer vehicles, and keep a clean, organized workspace.

• Follow safety procedures and work professionally with the team.

• Previous hands-on paintless dent repair experience is strongly preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate your skills through examples of your own work and a practical skills assessment.

• Experience with PDR lighting, rods, hand tools, and glue-pulling techniques.

• Strong attention to detail, patience and pride in your workmanship.

• Ability to recognize when a dent requires a different repair approach.

• Reliable attendance, clear communication, and the ability to manage assigned work independently.

• Willingness to accept feedback and complete additional training where needed.

• Hail repair, aluminum-panel experience, and formal PDR training are assets.

• Autobody or automotive reconditioning experience is valuable, but please clearly describe your specific PDR experience when applying.
