We are looking for painting subcontractor crews. This is not an hourly employee job.

You bring the crew, the tools, and the insurance. We bring the work, the customer, the schedule, and the scope.

Our jobs include interior and exterior, residential and commercial. Prep matters to us as much as the paint.

What your crew will handle:

• Interior and exterior painting

• Scaffold setup and take down

• Sanding and removing old paint

• Filling drywall holes, cracks, and imperfections

• Surface prep and repairs

• Mixing and matching paint

• Keeping a clean, protected work area every day

Residential and industrial experience is a plus.

• Cover and protect trim, fixtures, furniture, and floors

• Prep every surface: scrape, sand, patch, caulk, and prime

• Apply primer, sealer, and finish coats to the job scope

• Set up and use scaffolding safely when needed

• Show up on the agreed start date with the full crew

• Keep the site clean at the end of every day

• Do a final walkthrough and fix punch list items quickly

• Send a short daily update to our office

• Treat our customers' homes and businesses with respect

Required:

• A full crew

• General Liability insurance, with a certificate we can see

• Workers' Compensation insurance, with a certificate we can see

• Valid driver's license

• Your own tools, ladders, and sprayers

• Reliable, on time, and easy to reach

Preferred:

• 2 years or more of painting experience as a crew

• Interior and exterior experience

• Scaffold experience

• Experience with commercial or industrial work

• Photos of finished work to show us

We do not need a degree. We do need proof of insurance.
