Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients via Zoom or phone to assess financial needs
  • Educate clients on financial protection and long-term planning options
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Follow a structured sales and appointment system
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up
  • Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Coachable and open to training and feedback
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)
  • Must be willing to obtain required state licensing (training provided)

Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000/year
