Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients via Zoom or phone to assess financial needs
- Educate clients on financial protection and long-term planning options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow a structured sales and appointment system
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up
- Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Coachable and open to training and feedback
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)
- Must be willing to obtain required state licensing (training provided)
Compensation
$80,000 - $110,000/year
