We are currently seeking a full-time excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire individuals who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. Remote Opportunity after training and licensing. No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide!!

Responsibilities

  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients

Qualifications

  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
  • A consistent top performer in sales

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000/year
