• Meet with Estate Attorneys and Realtors to build relationships to help their clients sell their house as-is.
• Meet with homeowners interested in selling their properties.
• Build trust and rapport with sellers to understand their needs and create win-win solutions.
• Analyze property values using comparable sales, market trends, property inspections, and research.
• Present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Manage and follow up with leads through our CRM system.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly acquisition goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to maximize deal flow.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and conducting property evaluations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, wholesaling, or a related sales role preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must live in the Massachusetts area.
