Responsibilities
  • Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
  • Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact-finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes
  • Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach
Qualifications
  • Driven to earn more than $100,000 and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • SC real estate license or willing to get one
  • Teachable with a strong work ethic
  • Works well in a self-directed manner and is also a great team player
Compensation
$100,000 - guaranteed or we pay the difference
