What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-set buyer and seller appointments
- Conduct consultations and guide clients through the buying/selling process
- Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions
- Maintain pipeline and follow-up using provided systems
- Host and convert open house opportunities
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
- Participate in coaching and skill development sessions
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
- Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
- Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to production
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and desire to grow income
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
