What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll meet with qualified buyers and sellers, convert opportunities into transactions, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Meet with pre-set buyer and seller appointments
• Conduct consultations and guide clients through the buying or selling process
• Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions
• Manage your pipeline and follow up using proven CRM and sales systems
• Host open houses and convert prospects into active clients
• Communicate consistently and build strong client relationships
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and skill development
  

• Active Florida Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
