What You’ll Be Doing

Lead With Expertise

• Run in-home consultations with both company-provided and self-generated leads.

• Walk clients through a professional design/sales process that results in confident decisions and signed contracts.

• Present premium, high-design projects that excite and inspire homeowners.

Drive Sales Performance

• Hit your monthly revenue targets and close rates.

• Actively prospect, network, and follow up to generate ongoing opportunities.

• Manage your pipeline and report on KPIs using our CRM tools.

Deliver a 5-Star Experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in high-end home services or residential construction.

• A track record of closing $50k+ deals and achieving monthly sales goals.

• Experience using CRMs and managing a personal sales pipeline.

• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through.
