- Meet with home buyers and help them navigate the purchase process
- Build relationships with clients and understand their real estate goals
- Show homes and help buyers identify properties that fit their needs
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
- Follow up with appointments using our CRM and proven systems
- Provide an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business
- Maintain an organized pipeline and appointment calendar
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
- Active Real Estate License
- Full-time availability
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using technology
- Organized and dependable
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
- Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
- Driven to succeed in sales and in life
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
