This is a field-based sales opportunity for someone who wants to be out in the community, in front of clients, and actively involved in creating real estate opportunities—not simply waiting for business to come their way.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• 3–6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow

• $150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)

What you’ll do:

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals and create a personalized experience.
• Conduct property showings, consultations, and client appointments with confidence and professionalism.
• Build trust with clients through consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Close 3 or more deals per month
• Earn $150,000+ net income annually
• Close more deals in less time with less stress and earn a rewarding income

What you bring (must-haves):

• An active Texas real estate license or a willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with different types of clients.

• Confidence and professionalism when meeting with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Nice-to-haves:

• Proven closing history or local market knowledge
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills
