Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team is looking for a motivated Outside Real Estate Sales Representative who is ready to meet clients, build relationships, and turn opportunities into closed transactions.

You’ll work directly with prospective buyers and sellers, guide them through the real estate process, conduct property appointments, negotiate offers, and deliver a client experience that earns trust—and referrals.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• 3–6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow

• $150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)

What you’ll do:

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and needs
• Conduct property showings and client appointments
• Provide consultative, client-first service and ask for referrals
• Close 3 or more deals per month
• Earn $150,000+ net income annually
• Close more deals in less time with less stress and earn a rewarding income

What you bring (must-haves):

• Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong follow-through
• Confidence in face-to-face client meetings
• Nice-to-haves:

• Proven closing history or local market knowledge
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills
