Position: Exterior Home Improvement Sales Consultant

Are you driven, outgoing, and motivated by high earning potential? We’re looking for a confident sales professional who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

Meet with homeowners to discuss exterior remodeling needs
Conduct in-home sales consultations and inspections
Recommend roofing, siding, windows, doors, and exterior solutions
Prepare estimates and proposals
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Work closely with project management and installation teams
Generate referrals and help grow the company’s reputation

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience preferred (home improvement experience is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and inspect exterior projects when needed
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

Qualifications

High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
Proven track record in sales
Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills

Compensation

$80,000 - $80,000/year
