Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting buildings based on their requirements.
Showcase ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs.
Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers.
Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and product specifications.
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.

Generate leads through prospecting and networking.

Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Maintain a clean and organized lot and sales office appearance.
Participate in ongoing sales training and weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications

Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

Compensation

$49,000 - $67,500 yearly
