As an Outbound Call Center Team Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone with potential clients for our sales team. Utilize our innovative contact system to connect with a new potential client every 90 seconds on-site. We need a dynamic individual who can lead by example. Once your sales abilities have been demonstrated, you will be moved into a leadership role providing training, mentoring, and coaching to maximize the potential of our call centre agents. Hourly base plus commission with potential earnings of $90,000-$120,000+ per year for top performers. Training is provided to help you reach your sales goals. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am-4 pm in our Outbound Appointment Setting Department. This is an on-site position in Las Vegas, NV.
