We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This role guides patients and families through their orthodontic journey, from consultation and treatment presentation to scheduling, insurance, and financial coordination.

Ideal candidate: Personable, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable communicating about treatment, insurance, and finances. Previous orthodontic experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Present treatment plans, options, timelines, and financial arrangements.

• Coordinate appointments, diagnostic records, insurance, and treatment follow-up.

• Obtain digital scans, photos, and radiographs.

• Build strong relationships with patients and families while providing an exceptional experience.

• Collaborate with our orthodontists, clinical team, and front office to keep patient care running smoothly.

• Previous dental, orthodontic, or medical experience preferred

• Orthodontic treatment coordination experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable discussing treatment plans, insurance, financial responsibilities, and payment arrangements
