Soul Dental is a patient-focused dental practice with a collaborative team of general dentists and specialists. We are seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to care for patients referred by our dental team and help expand access to oral surgery services. The ideal candidate will provide thoughtful, high-quality care, explain treatment options clearly, and work closely with our providers as well as clinical staff to coordinate a smooth experience for every patient.

Compensation: 45% of daily gross production, averaging $10,000-$20,000

• Evaluate patients and diagnose conditions requiring oral surgery

• Explain treatment options, risks, and aftercare to patients

• Perform oral surgery procedures, including simple and surgical extractions as well as implant placement, excisions, and biopsies

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

• Follow applicable infection-control safety and professional standards

• DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School and Oral Surgery Program

• Current New York State dental license and required registrations

• Experience in performing oral surgery procedures

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

• Experience with sedation
